The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer allows rapid analysis of the integrity of total RNA samples. The analysis format is determined by the chip scale used for the assay. We currently analyze RNA on two scales: the Nano Assay (for samples down to 50 ng/microliter) and the Pico Assay (for samples down to 100 pg/microliter).
