| SPA Exempt Biweekly Leave Form | Due to the implementation of the Time and Information Management System, all SPA employees are now expected to fill out Biweekly Leave Forms. The first one begins on 3/3/08. This excel form can be customized to meet that need for all future payperiods. Please code Holidays and Adverse Weather leave in the Other column. | ||
